Cancellation & Refund Policy
60+ Days Out
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit fee which covers administrative costs and venue reservations.
30-60 Days Out
Cancellations within this window receive a 50% refund of the total retreat balance. Alternatively, guests may transfer their credit to a future retreat location, subject to availability and current pricing.
<30 Days Out
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable. Due to commitments made to our international venues and partners, we are unable to provide exceptions for late cancellations.
